Privacy Policy for Portal I18N Translator

Portal I18N Translator is a Chrome extension used to translate page text and embedded iframe text on kapeixi.cn and its subdomains.

What data we process

The extension processes visible text content from supported web pages and embedded iframes in order to provide translation functionality. It also stores user preferences such as the selected default language in browser storage.

How we use data

The processed text is used only to provide translation results to the user. User preferences are used only to remember the user's selected language and extension behavior.

Third-party services

To provide translation results, page text may be sent to a translation service endpoint. This processing is limited to the text necessary for translation.

Data storage

The extension stores language preferences and related configuration locally in the user's browser. We do not operate a separate server to permanently store browsing content through the extension itself unless explicitly stated in a future version.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell user data. We do not use collected data for advertising purposes.

User control

Users can disable the extension at any time, remove the extension, or clear browser extension storage to remove saved preferences.
